As Practice Manager at Takoma Therapy, I bring a commitment to creating a supportive,
welcoming, and well-organized environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive. With
over two decades of experience in administrative operations and program leadership, my work
has always centered on care, clarity and connection.
My background includes developing healing-centered programs, mentoring teams, and building
systems that make it easier for people to do meaningful work. I’m passionate about ensuring
that the behind-the-scenes structure reflects the same compassion and integrity we extend to
every client.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia Union College,
which provided a strong foundation in organizational systems and strategic thinking. In addition
to my administrative background, I am an ordained minister, which informs my heart-centered
approach and enables me to build behind-the-scenes structures that support healing work from
the inside out.
These paths have deepened my capacity to lead with empathy, listen with intention, and create
spaces where people feel seen, supported and empowered.
I’m happy to be part of the Takoma Therapy team and excited to contribute to our shared
mission of healing and transformation.
