Nicole Ziesing, LMSW

Therapist

Creating a warm and affirming space for curiosity, compassion, and healing is at the heart of my work. I work with adults, teens, and young adults undergoing major life transitions — whether that's stepping into independence, navigating relationships, shifting family roles, or discovering more about who you are.

As a queer therapist, my work centers the experiences of LGBTQ+ community offering a space to explore and deepen your relationship with your gender, sexuality, and identity. I take a trauma informed and neurodivergent affirming approach, while honoring how your lived experiences — culture, family, disability, systemic structures, social pressures — shape your world.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University and have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance use, life transitions, and complex trauma.

In our work together, you can expect:
● Emotional processing, relational healing, and building self compassion.
● A Narrative Therapy approach in exploring how past experiences shape current patterns      and emotions.
● Practical coping skills through CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness modalities.
