Ne'Sha Hall, LMSW

Therapist - Coming Soon!

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My name is Ne’Sha Hall. Originally
from Cleveland, Ohio, I am a therapist committed to helping youth and adults feel seen,
supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I hold a Bachelor of Science in
Public Health from Baldwin Wallace University and a Masters of Social Work from
Cleveland State University. I assist my clients by using compassionate, strengths-based
approach that recognizes that your experiences, relationships, identity, and environment are all
part of your story. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD,
grief, trauma, abuse, neglect, oppositional behaviors, substance use, and homelessness. I
warmly welcome all from diverse cultural backgrounds and take time to understand what
matters most to you. Outside of therapy, I enjoy attending concerts and conventions,
getting creative with arts and crafts, spending quality time with family and friends, and
relaxing with my dog, Hunter, who never turns down a hug!

Our work together will be supportive, practical, and centered on you. I use Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing,
trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and family systems perspectives to tailor
therapy to your needs. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop tools for managing
life’s challenges, and move toward goals that feel meaningful and achievable. If you’re
ready for a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are, I’m here to help
you take the next step.
