I’m a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships. In our work together, I draw from relational psychoanalytic and attachment-based perspectives, paying close attention to what unfolds between us and how it may connect to your past and present relationships. Therapy, for me, is a space where patterns can be noticed, understood, and gently reshaped. I strive to honor the multiple realities you bring into the room and to support you in navigating a wide range of emotions with care and curiosity.
My approach blends talk therapy with somatic and creative interventions, including art-based practices. I also carry with me wisdom from ancient Indian healing traditions, which deepens my appreciation for the mind–body connection. I hold an affirming stance toward kink and poly relationship structures, and I welcome the many diverse ways people create love, intimacy, and belonging.
I believe our struggles don’t exist in isolation—they are often shaped by larger systems of power and oppression. I work with clients to make sense of these forces while moving toward healing within an anti-oppressive framework.
I am passionate about supporting people navigating trauma, identity exploration, and the complexities of relationships. I especially enjoy working with clients who want to do depth-oriented work—looking at intergenerational patterns, exploring cultural belonging, and making sense of the deeper narratives that shape identity and connection. Much of my experience has been with LGBTQIA+ clients, people of color, adolescents, couples, and adults, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is affirming, inclusive, and grounded in curiosity and compassion.
