Welcome! My name is Elena (she/her) and I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can process life’s complexities, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in mindfulness and strength-based practices. I attend to both emotional and body-based experiences, honoring the many ways people have adapted to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we create a space to practice new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
I bring an empathic, direct, and creative presence to therapy, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the surest foundations for healing and growth. My work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, shaped by experience supporting clients across the lifespan and from diverse cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds.
As a certified yoga teacher, I incorporate awareness of the mind–body connection and nervous system regulation into my therapeutic approach. My background in food justice, bilingual somatic work, and expressive arts facilitation informs how I show up as a therapist. I’ve worked at the intersection of trauma healing, integrative care, and community connection, bringing an understanding of how larger systems shape individual experiences into the therapeutic space.
