You might be here because life has felt heavy lately. Maybe you’re carrying old trauma, feeling disconnected in your relationships, questioning parts of your identity, or navigating a transition that’s left you unsure of your next step. I’m Casi, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), and I support youth, adults, and couples who are moving through these exact experiences.
