You might be here because life has felt heavy lately. Maybe you’re carrying old trauma, feeling disconnected in your relationships, questioning parts of your identity, or navigating a transition that’s left you unsure of your next step. I’m Casi, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), and I support youth, adults, and couples who are moving through these exact experiences. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, offering both emotional insight and practical tools to help you find steadiness again.
I also have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities, with specialized expertise in supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, young adults, and their families. My priority is to hold space for all the ways you show up in your life and to be able to focus fully on your healing, growth, and personal goals.
I hold a Master’s of Education in School Counseling from the University of Maryland – College Park, and I use an eclectic, holistic approach informed by evidence-based practices, including IFS, CBT, mindfulness, Gestalt theory, EFT, and trauma-informed frameworks. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, identity-affirming, and compassionate space where clients can explore their past experiences, understand their present patterns, and move toward the future they want to build.
