Therapist

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered to be your authentic self. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I approach my work with
compassion, curiosity, and cultural humility, recognizing that each person's life journey is shaped by unique experiences, identities, relationships, and values.

With over 10 years of experience working in recovery support, behavioral health, and holistic wellness, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate some of life's most challenging moments. My professional experience has reinforced my belief in the importance of human connection, meeting people where they are, and recognizing the strengths they bring to their healing journey. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and religious or spiritual experiences.

I am passionate about providing culturally responsive care and recognize how culture, race, faith, family dynamics, and lived experiences influence emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered, emphasizing your unique needs, existing strengths, and capacity for meaningful change.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Howard University and hold bachelor's degrees in Criminal Psychology and Life Coaching from Liberty University.

Above all, I strive to build therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, authenticity, and mutual respect, creating space for you to explore who you are and who you hope to become.
