I am a Newfield Network-trained professional and life coach. I work with individuals, as well as executives within organizations, to help them explore possibilities, create new learning practices and evolve to higher levels of consciousness and well being. I am a local government executive with 20+ years experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, leadership, and career development. During my career I've developed and implemented employee wellness programs, youth development programs, and provided leadership development for managers and senior executives. I hold a Masters' in Business Administration, and am a Certified Public Manager with a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Through a series of results-oriented sessions, I develop meaningful partnerships with clients seeking to thrive in a dynamic, diverse world. As a result, my clients receive support on a wide range of issues related to onboarding and organizational fit into complex, ever-changing work environments as they enter new stages in their lives. A coaching partnership is a short-term, strategic series of sessions that helps clients navigate from problem to solution. It is different than mentoring, or consulting, or counseling, and I would welcome the opportunity to explore with you those differences, and how coaching sessions can support you in your current endeavors. I earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, and I am a Certified Professional Diversity Coach throug As h Coach Diversity Institute.
