Do you feel lost in your own life? Are you anxious about the future or ruminating on the past? Maybe you just want to know yourself better and create the life you want. Together we can create a path to your best life fully in the present.
I work from a solid foundation of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. Building a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship is central to my process. I incorporate techniques from behavioral therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), multicultural counseling, and humanistic perspectives to help you achieve your goals.
My aim is to help you be more present in your life, discover what is most important to you, and take action to create your most meaningful and fulfilling life.
I earned my counseling degree from Johns Hopkins and I have experience working with adolescents and adults in private and public schools, private practice and intensive outpatient services programs. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship and social issues, identity concerns, and navigating major life transitions. I enjoy and have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and demographics.
It takes courage to reach out for help. I would be honored to accompany and support you on the journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and change that comes with therapy. Together, we can focus in on what truly matters to you and forge a path to a more meaningful life.
