It is a privilege to be able to bear witness to someone’s story when they have not had a chance to tell it before.

Choosing yourself is not always easy. Life gets chaotic and often we feel that there is no time to take care of our own needs or that it may be selfish to do so. When you finally take that time for you, you want to ensure that you’re working with someone that will help you on the path to where you want to be.

My goal when working with my clients is to really see you for who you are, meet you where you’re at and through natural conversation, work together to meet your goals. I find it a privilege to work with others; to help explore your strengths and build on them. It is my hope through a combination of your experience and mine, that we work together to figure out what exactly your goals are, the barriers to achieving them and how you can overcome those barriers. Everyone deserves to find happiness and peace within the chaos that life can bring.

I have over seven years’ experience working with clients who have experienced domestic and sexual violence, various relationship/parenting challenges, general stress, anxiety and depression in clinical, school and hospital settings. I bring with me to session a trauma-informed, person-centered lens with which to help others. Aside from traditional talk therapy, I also enjoy helping others through various art modalities.

I earned my Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
